Dawn Technology has developed and maintained a wide range of software products for NotuBiz. At the core is the Council Information System: a web application that municipalities use to make meetings transparent and organized. A dedicated team of our developers continuously updates and extends this system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as the GDPR and Dutch Archiving Act.
Building on this foundation, we co-developed a mobile app for paperless meetings. Initially for iOS, but later also for Android and Windows. Today, this app has become indispensable for many local politicians. We also develop tools for citizens, such as a streaming platform that enables them to watch council meetings live or on demand. These services continue to evolve, with new features like 4K streaming and live captioning improving accessibility and transparency.
We have now enjoyed a long-standing collaboration with Notubiz. This partnership offers governments simplicity in the democratic process and citizens’ transparency in decision-making. This sustainable relationship also guarantees the continuous development and improvement of the software.

KLM Engineering & Maintenance is responsible for this process. In collaboration with DZB Leiden, the bolts are washed, inspected, and resorted. But how do you sort 4,800 bolts quickly, accurately, and efficiently? That’s where Dawn Technology came in.
