Secure video calls
Through the HellaHome platform, doctors and patients can see and hear each other by appointment. For this purpose, we built a custom Jitsi-based video conferencing environment with a custom design. Because Jitsi operates on self-defined strings or names, HellaHome generates a unique, non-traceable video link for each consultation. This ensures privacy and security for both doctors and patients. HellaHome automatically synchronizes with the doctor’s calendar and also offers the option of sending invitations and reminder emails.
